Legend Holdings: Subsidiary Acquires 115 Million Shares of Lenovo Group
On December 10, Legend Holdings announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that during the period from November 21, 2025 to December 9, 2025 (both days inclusive), the company, through a series of on-market purchase transactions, acquired a total of approximately 115 million shares of Lenovo Group via Honorific, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The shares represent approximately 0.9285% of Lenovo Group’s issued share capital as of the date of the announcement. The total cash consideration (excluding related transaction fees) amounted to approximately HK$1.125 billion (equivalent to about RMB 1.023 billion).
The average purchase price per Lenovo Group share (excluding related transaction fees) was around HK$9.7653 (equivalent to approximately RMB 8.8846).
